Join us for this live, online class with herbalist Beth Sachnoff, of Wild Child Apothecary, where we’ll prepare Fire Cider, a traditional folk remedy for supporting the immune system. herbal medicine into your daily routine.
Some of the plants we’ll be working with include garlic, ginger, onion, cayenne, lemon, rosemary, thyme and more.

About the Herbalist
Beth Sachnoff, of Wild Child Apothecary, is an herbalist, educator, and mama to two little girls. She helps sleep-deprived mamas replenish their reserves so they can have more energy, be more present with their children and finally start feeling like themselves again. Beth offers 1:1 holistic herbal consultations and herbal medicine workshops. She believes that the plants are wise teachers to help us slow down, take on less, find balance and connect with ourselves.
