Join us for the first in the 2021 series of "Community Conversations.” The panel discussion will focus on the County Board of Supervisors’ recently approved resolution declaring “Racism as a Public Health Crisis.”Come learn about the genesis of this important resolution and how citizens will participate in the process of “achieving health equity and a welcoming and just Contra Costa County.” (Resolution 2020/306, Nov. 10, 2020 BOS Meeting)

Panelist will include Supervisors Federal Glover & John Gioia; Doug Leich, Multifaith Action Coalition, Director Ann Roth, & Gilbert Salinas, Chief Equity Officer of County Health Service Dept and moderated by Shanelle Scales-Preston, Pittsburg City Council member.
