Pick up a kit to make your own Papel Picado in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15)

Papel Picado is a traditional Mexican folk art that consists of stacking, folding, and cutting tissue paper to create beautiful designs. Crafts will be available for Teens and Tweens at the Dougherty Station Library beginning ​September 15th while supplies last.
