Local air quality has at times been compromised due to industrial incidents. As a consequence, grassroots organizations have formed to address, advocate and protect the community’s right to clean air and good health. Hear from community advocates, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, and a Contra Costa County Health representative to learn about local environmental incidents and recent legislation proposed to keep communities like Contra Costa safe and healthy.

Como consecuencia, se han formado organizaciones comunitarias para abordar, defender y proteger el derecho de la comunidad al aire limpio y a la buena salud.
