Description

Do you LOVE art, artists, & doing art projects? Join us at the El Sobrante Library on Saturday May,18th at 11am, to hear the Ruth Asawa story, A Life Made by Hand, written and illustrated by Andrea D`Aquino. We will learn about the life and art of an extraordinary woman and sculptor who lived across the bay in San Francisco. Afterwards, we will do a super fun art project using Ruth Asawa's unique style, creating our own sculpture!

FREE, no registration required.

Recommended for ages 6-12.

This is a Story, Learning + Art project event.
