This webinar will have simultaneous Spanish Language interpretation.

Join us to better understand the economic, legal and social impacts of the changing immigration policies and learn about the effects on all members in our community. Jon Haveman from the National Economics Education Delegation will put into perspective the economic benefits of immigrants and the cost to our community economically, socially, and culturally when they are no longer part of our society.

Contra Costa County Chief Public Defender Ellen McDonnell will address the legal hurdles our immigrant neighbors face in Immigration Court. Attendees will receive resource information on how they can offer their support . Doug Lezameta, President of Contra Costa Hispanic Chamber Commerce will moderate this webinar.
