Join presenter and chocolate enthusiast Jeanette McCarthy for an interactive program that uncovers the fascinating journey of cacao beans-from their origin in lush, tropical regions to their transformation into the chocolate we savor. You’ll learn the art of tasting pure bean-to-bar chocolate: identifying tasting notes, discovering what shapes its flavor profile, and enhancing your ability to savor each bite.

The highlight will be a guided tasting of five single-origin, two-ingredient chocolate bars from around the globe. These unique bars will show the depth and diversity of chocolate flavor!
