| Teen Tech Tutors will help adults with their Computer/Device Questions during 30-min sessions to help you get started, so you can take those skills and continue to explore and learn on your own! Registrants can bring their own portable devices and/or work on a library computer. Wifi is available in the library. Teen Tech Tutors can help you with: -Basic email questions -Basic computer questions -How to access Library-provided e-resources (e.g. Libby and LinkedIn Learning) -Basic formatting and general use of MS Word/Google Docs and Basic functions for MS Excel/Google Sheets Teen Tech Tutors CANNOT help you with: -Any sort of device repair -Installing hardware, software or program updates on your device -Provide word processing services (typing on your behalf, etc.) -Provide private lessons, or accept payment or remuneration of any kind -Recommend products for you to buy (e.g., computers) -Do your online shopping, or place ads for you (e.g., eBay, Craig’s List, Amazon consignment sales, want ads, etc.) Please note that the tutors and library staff may end the session whenever they deem fit.
