The Fall themed story is called The Leaf Thief, written by Alice Hemming and illustrated by Nicola Slater. With vibrant colors, plenty of humor and captivating characters, you'll follow along as Squirrel enlists his good friend, Bird, to discover who might be stealing his treasured and colorful leaves. The San Ramon StoryWalk® is a permanent feature in San Ramon’s Central Park. The 20-station project features a new book four times a year. The San Ramon StoryWalk® project is a partnership with the Rotary Club of San Ramon, the City of San Ramon, the San Ramon Library Foundation, and the Library. The Central Park StoryWalk® begins near the Alcosta parking lot to the right of the playground, ending at the Community Center’s rear fountain.
The StoryWalk Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. StoryWalk is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
