Events › Rising Readers: Literacy Fun

Join the Pittsburg Library for an afternoon of holiday/winter literacy activities and games designed to empower and motivate young learners as they build reading fluency and comprehension. The activities are geared to students who have a solid foundation in letter recognition and letter sounds (kids in grades 1-3). This free literacy program is led by an experienced literacy tutor whose strategies are based on instructional and Science of Reading methods.
