This is a really cute and simple book showing young readers some good in the world and different ways in which they can be good.

Good People Everywhere reminds me of this quote by Fred Rogers (a.k.a. Mr. Rogers): "When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping." The book encourages children to identify and honor the people who help them and others in the community. Soft and colorful illustrations add to the enjoyment.
