3D Printing Studio

Before class, please create a free account on Tinkercad.com using the "create a personal account" option. If using a minor's birthday, please complete parental approval before class to unlock the account. Or, use an adult's birthday for a seamless account setup.
Bring a 3D creation to life! In this class, you will:
- Learn to create a simple 3D model (using Tinkercad) at your own pace
- See the library’s printer in action
- Submit a design (within reason) for staff to print!
A few reminders:
- Geared toward ages 10+. Kids under 10 must have an adult with them & must have strong keyboard and mouse skills.
- Classes are held as open studios, not cumulative. Everyone creates at their own pace, and staff will be there to guide you!
- Please only register if you plan to attend. If you are unable to attend, please be sure to cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance, giving staff time to contact people on the waitlist.
This studio class is every other Thursday in the Lafayette Library Tech Lab.
