Your guide, Bo Tep, is a longtime practitioner of meditation, centering practice and interfaith contemplation.
No registration is required, and beginners are welcome at this free program for adults. Orientation is covered within the first 5-10 minutes, please arrive by 6pm to receive beginner instruction.
