Unique Derique: Humor, History, & Hambone Body Percussion
Join us in the Don Tatzin Community Hall for a lively and interactive performance by Unique Derique featuring hambone body percussion, history, and humor.
Learn about the Hambone and its evolution from Africa to modern North America. This brief Hambone history lesson & workshop will concentrate on traditional styles of Hambone body music, and on helping participants find playful rhythms to express their own Hambone musical style in a fun, non- competitive atmosphere.
All ages and abilities are welcome. No registration required.
