Enter Prewett's Teen Prize Lottery by completing an entry slip and answering a simple question. The question will change weekly, allowing you to re-enter again each week. Entry slips will be chosen at random on a weekly basis. Winners will get to choose from an assortment of prizes! Weekly lottery will continue while prize supplies last.
