Healthy Tuesdays at the Library - Yoga for Women's Health

Celebrate Women’s History Month with a rejuvenating yoga class designed to support women’s health and well-being. Join us for a session that nurtures balance, strength, and inner harmony. This class is designed for adults of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. We'll explore foundational yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.

What to bring: Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. You can also bring blocks or cushions for additional comfort.

Meet the instructor: Ameya Dighe, a certified instructor through Yoga Bharati, is passionate about making wellness accessible to all. Ameya creates a warm, inclusive environment where participants feel supported and empowered. Her classes emphasize mindful movement and breath awareness—powerful practices that build strength, improve flexibility, ease stress, and foster inner calm.
