BYOC Movie Night
Join us for BYOC, or BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR, Movie Night at the Concord Library. Bring a camping chair, or a bean bag, or a blanket, or a pillow, or whatever you'd like to sit on during the show! We will be watching the 2023 satirical fantasy comedy Barbie (PG-13) and will be providing popcorn. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages (with a lid). Registration not required.
Directed by Greta Gerwig, the 2023 Barbie movie follows a doll residing in the seemingly perfect Barbie Land who experiences a sudden existential crisis, prompting a journey to the real world. It is a satirical, coming-of-age story exploring themes of feminism, patriarchy, and the complexities of becoming human.
