Forgiving involves letting go of past experiences. Typically, life's most significant hurdles arise from mental agitations such as recurring thoughts, regrets, fears, anxieties, and lingering resentments. 

Through meditation, you can attain a deeper comprehension of yourself and others, elevate your awareness, and access your inner tranquility. This practice paves the way for forgiving yourself and others.
